F.O.C.U.O.S. is seeking a qualified independent contractor to provide data-analysis and grant-reporting support for its R3 Youth Development and Violence Prevention Program in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Duties

The selected contractor will:

• Maintain participant, attendance, service, and outcome data.
• Track program performance measures and data quality.
• Prepare monthly internal data summaries.
• Assist with quarterly R3 data and performance reports.
• Support staff with data-entry and reporting procedures.
• Protect participant confidentiality.

Contract details

• Type: Independent contractor; not an employee position.
• Term: Upon required approval through August 31, 2027.
• Compensation: Up to $2,250 per month; not to exceed $27,000 total.
• Start: Contractor may not begin grant-funded work until all F.O.C.U.O.S. and ICJIA approvals are complete.

Qualifications

Applicants should have experience with data analysis, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, database management, nonprofit or government-grant reporting, and protecting confidential participant information.
